I’m a big fan of the Captive Series and can’t wait to read the next installment!! :)
Crystal Mac is a great tease, and follow up to the second book, and hints at the whirlwind Hell’s Hilltop will take us on! I’m excited to read what shocking things will occur, and what will happen to Crystal and Mac.
This is a novella so keep in mind that to get the full effect you MUST read the first two books! And trust me, you’ll be glad you did because they’re amazing!
J.A. knows how to write suspense, love, and mystery like no one else! There are cliffhangers (good ones, I promise ;) ), shocking O-M-G moments, and much more! This novella was no exception. You’ll be left with your jaw on the floor once you finish!
Mac is a great character that we get to know a lot better in this story. Plus, we get to read about his strong likeness with Crystal–who you may recall might not be the best person to trust… But, hey, opposites attract, right? So, what will happen next!? My lips are sealed!! If you haven’t gotten a taste of this series, run and get your copies!

Storytelling has been a part of her life since childhood, when insomnia forced a young girl of six into counting popcorn on the ceiling in the dead of night. The recent decision to forgo her fine art career in lieu of her writing career was a simple one.
